He was a very kind person and also very serious in his work. I had a dear friend in my city, Isfahan. Simon Richmond is a freelance writer, photographer and sketcher based in Folkestone, UK. He has worked on travel guidebooks for many publishers for the past 20 years with the bulk of his work being for Lonely Planet. He was visiting Iran, and after Tehran , Isfahan was the next destination for him, so I was happy to talk, sketch and share thoughts with him in his two days in Isfahan. First, we went to Azadegan Coffee shop (Tea house). This place’s ceiling is full of old things and I really enjoyed of seeing them and the light reflexes on them and sketching them on my paper.
